Shipping and Return Policy

U.S. Shipping Options and Prices.

A surcharge may apply to large or heavy items. In most cases, we ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPOs, the U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii through the U.S. Postal Service.

Processing Times

Orders can take up to 2 business days to be processed and shipped.

U.S. Estimated Delivery

Next Day orders will arrive in 3 to 4 business days, Two-Day orders will arrive in 4 to 5 business days, standard shipping is an estimated 10-14 business days from the date the order is placed. Delivery times are estimates only.

Where available, use guaranteed rush shipping to ensure arrival by a specific date.

• Continental U.S. addresses: Next-Day Rush or Two-Day Rush
• Alaska and Hawaii: Two-Day Rush
• U.S. Territories: Express Shipping (will arrive in approximately five business days)
• Rush shipping is not available to APO/FPO addresses or areas considered rural by the carrier.

International Orders

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, and we also offer international shipping! A surcharge may apply to large or heavy items or rural locations. International delivery times vary depending on location. Rush shipping is not available.

Notifications

You will receive email notifications when your order is placed, shipped, and delivered, including the tracking information.

Back-ordered Items

We'll inform you if an item is out of stock. If an item is back-ordered, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

Mixed carts containing both available and back-ordered items, will be shipped separately. All available inventory will be fulfilled, with the back-ordered item(s) fulfilled at a future date.

Lost or Damaged packages

We’re sorry to hear this! Please reach out to us at info@teddyandpuppy.com and we’ll get this sorted out. Be sure to include any photos of the damage (product and the box) so we can find a solution for you as quickly as possible.

Returns

You may return items within thirty (30) days from the date that they are delivered to you.

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items may not be refunded.
• If the product was a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while products are being returned and processed. Please return the original item, and then go to teddyandpuppy.com to purchase the correct item as a new order.
